ampstead Heath is and has always been a respectable upper class area, many high standing individuals pride themselves on their social status within the Heath and yet rarely do they see what is directly before their eyes. Sadly this was the case in 1834 where there was a rather significant arachnid problem forming in Hampstead Heath and the poor residents seemed oblivious to it... pity they realised so late...
